About this Service
This service aims to support carers through loss and bereavement in a number of ways, including:
- One to one wellbeing support tailored to the individual’s needs
- Connecting you with other carers through our support and social media groups
This is a service funded by Birmingham City Council and managed by a consortia comprised of a number of Sandwell based organisations, known as Communities in Sync.
